HyperMint (Enterprise Grade B2B Software)
Founded a B2B data infrastructure platform that gave enterprise brands (Nike, Puma, Alo Yoga) a regulated way to access the digital goods economy, built the MVP with no outside investment.
- Signed enterprise customers including Nike, Puma, Alo Yoga and Universal to get to $1M in ARR within the first six months.
- Recruited and managed a team of 30 across engineering, product and sales.
- Sold the company to former employer MoonPay; continued running HyperMint as a business unit and led all of MoonPay's new product initiatives post-acquisition.

MoonPay (Payments Unicorn)
Joined as MoonPay's first product manager; promoted to Lead PM (Aug 2021) and then Senior Director, Product on the executive team (Mar 2022).
- MoonPay is a best-in-class payments technology company based in Miami with hundreds of millions in annual revenue.
- As one of two product leaders on the C-suite, owned new products across a 120+ person product, design and engineering organisation, reporting to the CEO.
- Designed and shipped a regulatory and technical product model covering MoonPay's core on/off-ramp business across 160 countries, powering $2B+ in volume and $150M in revenue in 2021.
- Led two conversion programmes that lifted end-to-end new-customer conversion by 41.6%, unlocking the equivalent of $300M in additional volume.
- Built and launched the first digital goods payments product in the market, integrated inside OpenSea, enabling card payments for NFTs and generating $100M+ in volume from a new vertical.
- Led the rollout of MoonPay's non-custodial wallet, developer tooling and self-service capabilities.

I'm educated as a mechanical engineer and am competent in technical product management, data and systems design, and I excel in client-facing product management.
I can structure, layer and coordinate complex product workstreams whilst ensuring balance between client needs and managing exec expectations.
